Garden Apron Sewing Workshop

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to make a functional yet stylish apron for gardening, crafting, or everyday use. You’ll learn how to sew a durable apron with pockets for your tools, seeds, and gardening essentials. Customize it with your choice of fabrics and leave with a beautiful, practical apron you can wear and enjoy all season long.
Skills Learned:
Basic garment construction
Adding pockets and straps
Simple hemming and finishing techniques
Working with durable fabrics
All materials/machines and tools are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. If you’d like to bring your own fabric, you’ll need 1 yard of main cotton fabric and 1/2 yard of contrasting cotton fabric.
Becky Jane studied pattern making and design at Apparel and Arts in San Francisco, and has been teaching sewing and pattern drafting for 10+ years. She’s also the owner of By Becky Jane where she creates and sells custom apparel and accessories.
